Shipping Policy
At babyRaff we strive to have your orders dispatched within three (3) working days, however some delays are unavoidable.

West Malaysia – RM9 (Orders above RM120, for regular priced items would be given free shipping)
East Malaysa – RM25 (Orders above RM200, for regular priced items, would be given free shipping)

Free shipping does not apply to promotional items.

 

Exchange Policy
At babyRaff, we only allow exchange of products that are damaged during transit or due to faulty manufacturing. In such cases, the damaged products have to be returned first, before we sent out a replacement.

Products that want to be exchange has to be returned within seven (7) days from the date of receiving your item (for local and international orders). In the event that a returned product is not damaged after inspection by our relevant supplier, postage fee to redeliver the item is to be borne solely by the customer.

In the event a replacement is not available, customer will be reimburse with Store Credit with a validity period of one (1) year.

Please note that consumable items like food and skincare that have been opened/used are *non-returnable nor refundable*

To initiate the exchange process, please contact us and provide us with your order number, name of item and reason for return or exchange.

The following guidelines apply:

  • Exchanges cannot be accepted on worn, soiled, stained or washed merchandise.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, original tags intact, unused, not damaged and in re-salable condition together with any associated accessories and documentation / invoices. Please note that no right of cancellation exists where the item you wish to return is audio, video or computer software products that have been removed from the sealed package in which they were delivered.
  • Discounted / special priced items are final sales and will not be eligible for exchanges.
  • All exchange items will have to be sent to us at the customer’s own cost and risk. Customers will have to bear the delivery charges incurred when returning the goods.
  • We recommend items for exchange are sent to us via delivery service with online tracking capability. We would not be held responsible for loss or damage of items on the way back for an exchange. Please pack your returned items properly to ensure that the items do not get damaged in transit and please insure them if possible. We reserve the right not to accept the return.
  • Delivery fee for the replacement items is to be borne by the customers.
  • For replacement items of lower value, the excess amount will be credited into customer’s account with us as Store Credit, which can be used by the customers for their future purchases with us. For replacement items of higher value, customers will make payments for the differences of goods before we deliver the goods.


Limited Warranty

babyRaff warrants only to the original end user that the products and parts will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the applicable warranty periods. Warranty periods to be determined commencing upon the date of invoice to the end user.

  • The limited warranty shall be null and void in the following circumstances:
    Improper use or installation, failure to conduct regular maintenance or cleaning, or damaged by negligence and accident by the end-user or third party; or
  • Modification or repair by the end-user or any unauthorised service provider; or
  • Failure to use only genuine parts approved by babyRaff.
